On a side note, if you haven’t been to Highland Park, you should check it out. It’s a long skinny park on an old elevated railroad track near Chelsea Market- also a great find! While you’re there, check out 9th Street Espresso (turns out Seattle doesn’t have the monopoly on stellar espresso afterall. phew!) and The Filling Station for the yummiest olive oils and vinegars you’ll ever have.
