Mom came to visit over her birthday a couple weeks ago. We had a blast sipping wine, watching Ellen, searching for a restaurant with miner’s lettuce salad to rival one she had here a couple years ago, drinking and roasting coffee, blowing out birthday candles, and playing with Zoë.
